Track-A-Bracket.com also supports the free, open-source Firefox web browser. We use the Name you provide in order to identify yourself to others when displaying your Brackets and Pools. For example, if you create a Bracket and join that Bracket to a Pool, others who belong to that Pool will also be able to see your Name.

We use the Email Address you provide in order to send you your account activation code as well as to provide periodic communication to you regarding services offered by this website. You may choose to Opt Out of these communications.

We use the Name and Email Address of others which you may provide us in order to send them a single communication regarding the action you specify, such as an invitation to join your pool. We will not send any subsequent communications without a subsequent request from you.

We use non-identifying and aggregate information to better design our website and to share with advertisers. For example, we may tell an advertiser that X number of individuals visited a certain area on our website, or that Y number of users filled out Z number of brackets, but we would not disclose anything that could be used to identify those individuals.

Finally, we never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above without also providing you an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.
